Coil press is mainly used for shaping and coking of coils for large and medium-sized motors, or coils with large cross-section. It is equipped with four auxiliary cylinders, two sets of pressing moulds and a rotation stand. In terms of heating, it has a highly accurate constant temperature heating system, the mould heating area needs no more than 1 hour to warm up from room temperature to the set temperature, which effectively reduces the start-up time. At the same time, the parameters such as temperature, time and so on can be set according to your needs, which can be continuously adjusted within the temperature range of 100 ℃ -220 ℃. To ensure the safety of the equipment and operator, the coil hot press is also equipped with a timing alarm system.
