Xianglong is a company engaged in R&D, manufacture and supply of coil manufacturing equipment including loop winding machine, coil forming machine, coil taping machine, coil press, vacuum pressure impregnation system, vacuum drying equipment, motor coil dismantling machine and balancing machine. These motor coil machines have found extensive applications in the production processes for high voltage motors, wind generator motors, steam turbine generators, electrical appliance motors, permanent magnet motors, transformers, new energy motors and other products. Apart from our coil manufacturing equipment, we also produce and offer motor coils and winding wires for you motor production needs. We have been certified by ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system, and obtained a number of invention patents and utility model patents.

We currently have more than 20 sets of manufacturing and testing equipment to accomplish each step of entire producton process, including material cutting, machining, welding, surface treatment, assembling and final coating. We also perform quality control and result recording for the entire process, to ensure that all of our motor coil equipment and coil products are compliant with the requirements of industry standard.

Over the past 10 years, we have solved the production needs of many global customers such as motor manufacturers, trasformer manufacturers, motor repair & maintenance companies and electric vehicle companies by providing coil manufacturing equipment solutions. These customers include AVIC (the Aviation Industry Corporation of China), CSSC (China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited), Lu'an Group, China Huadian Corporation, Shandong Ludian Energy, Xinsteel, Baosteel, WISCO (Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation), Shougang Group, to name a few. To date, our coil manufacturing equipment have been exported to the United States, Russia, Thailand, Vietnam and other countries and regions.
