We will provide technical solutions and telephone support, if you can handle the service by yourself, we are free of charge; if you can't handle the service by yourself and need our technicians to deal with it on site, we will provide free or preferential fee service according to the warranty status of the equipment.
For on-site service, we will arrange the seasoned service personnel to your site for equipment repair or maintenance, and provide professional technical explanation, analysis and related fault maintenance training.
If you need to upgrade or replace parts, we can also supply you with relevant product accessories and installation and replacement instructions, to ensure that it can be used correctly. For complex equipment modifications or installations, we can also send technicians to assist you with on-site installations if needed.
