Coil Forming Machine

Motor Coil Winding Machine

Motor coil winding machine adopts Japan Mitsubishi PLC system and can be controlled through the control cabinet and touch screen, which has anti-mistake touch protection. All parameters can be input, adjusted and saved via the touch screen.

The wire is unwound by a constant tension. After the previous coil has been wound and the copper wire has been cut, the coil winding machine is able to maintain the tension on the copper wire within the set tension value.

Motor coil winding machine carries out automatic winding process, covering automatic wire loading, wire counting, wire cutting, etc. The winding length can be automatically adjusted to the set length.

Except for loading and unloading pre-wound coils, all processes are semi-automated.

The control system takes into full consideration of the possible dangers between the various parts of the system, and takes protective measures in many ways.

T22 screw and hydraulic cylinder (with movable head at the top surface contact with the upper mould) are adopted for tightening and fastening the upper mould.

Vacuum Pressure Impregnation System

Vacuum pressure impregnation system is the key equipment for the insulation treatment of high-voltage motors, special transformers and explosion-proof motors, generators, traction motors and other electric components. Thanks to the process of impregnation with high vacuum first and then adding pressure, this VPI system enables the impregnating agent quickly and thoroughly penetrated into the workpieces, which improves the mechanical strength, insulating strength, moisture-proofing and mildew-proofing properties of the workpieces.

Vacuum Drying Equipment

Vacuum drying equipment is mainly applied to dry power transformers of 110KV or below. Transformers are dried using the water vapor evaporated from the product in the vacuum drying tank as the heat transfer medium, through the heating of the product, heat exchanging is carried out. This kind of heating method is similar to kerosene vapor phase drying heating, with good heating uniformity and high heating efficiency.

The vacuum drying system uses fully automatic control system.
