Coil taping machine has a split structure, consisting of fixed bed and moving bed. It is suitable for automatic wrapping of magnetic field coils of motor stator with insulation tapes, especially for large and medium-sized coils, such as diamond-shaped stator coils or coils with large cross-section. Coil taping machine operates in both continuous and single-step mode and is therefore suitable for both small batch and mass production. In addition, this coil processing machine features unique functions of shaping and centering compared to conventional coil taping machines, which results in good straight sides and symmetrical edges. During the process, the coil taping machine does not cause any mechanical damage to the coils, and the insulation between the turns of the coils is intact, so that the electrical performance of the coils can be guaranteed.
